"I grew up watching my father run the popular Liberty Cafe in LB Nagar, which sparked my lifelong passion for the food business. When the cafe shut down after losing its lease, my entrepreneurial spirit only grew stronger. After completing my BBA and working at a top MNC, I realized my heart was still in food.
In my traditional Muslim household, Sheer Khurma was always special, especially during Ramadan, and it inspired my business idea. I started a cloud kitchen focused on authentic Sheer Khurma for Hyderabadi customers. The early days were difficult, with very few orders and slow growth. To gain visibility, I set up a weekend stall at the Secretariat and collaborated with food bloggers on social media. Gradually, customers began to notice and trust the brand. We expanded our menu to include kebabs, biryani, fruit salads, and desserts.
Within two years, the venture became Sheer Khurma House, employing professional chefs and staff. Today, the journey reminds me that success is built on patience, faith, resilience, and the courage to follow your passion."
